Job Description

A leading commercial property consultancy is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to strengthen their team. Established for over 30 years, they work with a broad range of regional and national developers, investors and occupiers, offering an extensive range of property transaction, building surveying, occupational cost control, and management services covering the office, industrial and retail sectors.They are seeking an organised and self-motivated individual to join a strong team providing a full management service. Role & Responsibilities: * Rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and occasional valuations * Inspecting properties and dealing with property maintenance issues * Liaising with clients, tenants and fellow professionals * Preparing budgets and supervising service charges Skills & Experience: * MRICS qualification desirable but not essential * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritise and be capable of working independently Salary & Benefits: * 38K - 50K + Bonus + Benefits * Friendly environment, non-corporate * Excellent scope for career progression * Part time hours can be considered For more information or to apply please contact Alison Longdin on 02382 354100.
