The FIRM Full service law firm with offices in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire Top Tier Law Firm Friendly, supportive team of experienced property lawyers THE OPPORTUNITY Opportunity to join a leading property team in Yorkshire assisting with a varied caseload of quality work You will assist on a range of matters to include: sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy, right to buy Duties include: Drafting contracts, ordering searches, land registry, post completion work Liaising with clients and third parties throughout the transactions THE REQUIREMENTS You will have previous experience working within a conveyancing department Driven, ambitious and knowledgeable within conveyancing Familiar with a case management system BENEFITS Competitive market salary 25 days bank holidays Excellent career development opportunities and funding of CILEX For more information, please contact Amy McLaughlin at BCL Legal.
