Our client is a full-service commercial law firm based in Reading, Berkshire. The firm is seeking a qualified commercial property solicitor with 3 years' PQE to join its expanding team. The practice deals with a range of commercial property matters for an array of clients, where the work generally includes: Acquisition and dispositions Landlord and tenant issues Related business and asset sales Residential development work Licensing & Contract matters. To be considered for this opportunity, you must want to work autonomously while handling a full caseload, but with some support from senior partners and other fee earners at the firm. You will also be tenacious, ambitious and present with excellent client-facing abilities.
