Overview
SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker, Digital Analytics, Customer Analytics Our client, an established media company is looking for a Digital Analyst. You will draw actionable insights from digital traffic to make recommendations to improve engagement and recirculation with the aim to increase customer loyalty. This will mean maximising the relationship between the company and it's over 500,000 loyal subscribers and customers. You will work with well-known and passionate brands, to collaborate with a huge analytics team with various backgrounds and skills. Responsibilities: Get to grips with digital traffic and make recommendations to improve engagement and recirculation to increase customer loyalty Help to decide what content they should be commissioning more/less of, for example, what topics best resonate with different types of customers Unlock the insights from product data to optimise apps/sites for customers, by understanding customer journeys and leading the charge on experimentation Work to identify efficiencies, highlighting new opportunities to utilise data and improve how business operates Contribute to the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and compelling visualisations of business performance, translating data to clearly communicate value and insights to stakeholders Experience: The ability to communicate clearly and regularly with varied stakeholders to get under the skin of their requirements and manage their expectations Curiosity to learn more and creatively interrogate data, working with team leads to prioritise and then managing your own time to meet committed deadlines You spot opportunities to automate analytics tasks, allowing you to focus on tackling and breaking down the more complex business problems Highly collaborative, sharing information, participating in QA checks and supporting and mentoring teammates/business users You'll strive to drive business value and action from your analysis, by confidently presenting compelling stories and making clear recommendations Technical skills: You'll love the challenge of visualising data in a meaningful and actionable way (using tools like Tableau/Looker/Data Studio) Utilising SQL to manipulate and process large data sets to enable concise reporting and analysis (through data warehouses like GBQ/AWS) OR will have in-depth experience of Google/Adobe Analytics You'll enjoy presenting and communicating detailed analysis to non-technical stakeholders (using tools like Powerpoint, Google Slides, Tableau Story) Degree qualified or relevant experience If you are excited by the challenge of joining this well-established analytical team in its mission to drive growth through customer journey and engagement, then get in touch ASAP SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker, Digital Analytics, Customer Analytics
