Overview
Hire Controller Near Wyboston £22k You will be assisting the Depot Manager and Senior Hire Controller in all aspects of the day to day running of a busy hire depot. Deliver excellent customer service at all times, and ensure the administration processes are both accurate and timely. You will be joining a great and supportive team where you will be encouraged to bring ideas and change where needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide first class customer service building lasting relationships with customers. Prepare hire contracts, quotations and any other necessary correspondence Follow up quotations, tenders and enquiries Source equipment as per customer requirements Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best rates Send and record mailshots Handle, record enquiries and source new business Compile reports Organising transport Invoice query management Resolving customer queries.
