Overview
One of the UK's most reputable insurance providers is currently looking for a Risk & Conduct (Compliance) Analyst for a new position to be based alongside their underwriting team in Reading. In this position you will work closely with key risk and compliance stakeholders, assisting with the identification of shortfalls in customer outcomes below the expected standard, maintaining up to date conduct information and draw attention where appropriate to the Risk and Conduct Manager. You will provide an effectively controlled risk framework that provides oversight and analysis of customer conduct, compliance and risk processes supporting delivery of the delegated authority business strategy and financial plans within the regulatory landscape. What will the role involve? Embed a culture of positive customer outcomes and visibility of risk management Assist the Customer Conduct and Risk Manager in delivering appropriate management information Escalate shortfalls to aid in mitigating conduct risk Aid in preparation of MI pack to track Delegated Authority conduct and related actions Suitable Candidate: General insurance background with exposure to risk and conduct or compliance requirements Stakeholder Management and/or influencing skills Ability to work within a matrix environment Ability to maintain large databases Able to understand and cooperate complex technical solutions Additional benefits and information: Pension & Life Assurance Annual performance bonus 22 Days Holiday (rising to max of 28) Central town location near train station CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
