Overview
Currently recruiting for a permanent Sales Data Analyst to join an exciting, industry leading business based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and support in the businesses continued use of data to provide insights in to its sales and customers. Based in Manchester, the business is looking for a Sales Data Analyst to support a national salesforce, responsible for producing sales performance reports, analysis of customer spending, providing account specific intelligence and responding to requests for information. Key responsibilities; Monitoring, analysis and reporting of sales performance and customer spending across the Group Production of management information reports for internal functions Production of data and reports in response to key customer requests e.g. pricing, spending and asset management Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries Providing internal functions with necessary information and guidance Providing first class customer service with the ability to build and develop strong, long term relationships Work closely with the rest of the team, having an understanding of all systems and reports Key skills; Numeracy skills and a commercial mind-set Communication skills and an ability to translate data trends and patterns to diverse audiences Aptitude in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Experience of working in a fast paced environment Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous analysis requests of varying size Interpersonal skills with the ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment Attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that is looking to join a business where they will be supported in growth and development, whilst making a real difference to company through the use of data.
