The Client A Global Investment Manager is seeking a Head of Stress Testing to focus on Investment Risk. The firm has a strong reputation and enviable presence in its respected markets. The firm has maintained an excellent culture within Risk due to the level of experience and expertise across the senior management team. The role is broad and dynamic in scope, offering you excellent exposure across one of the market’s leading investment teams. Role Responsibilities Define the approach to Stress Testing across the businesses Fund range in relation to Market Risk, Liquidity Risk and Counterparty. Own the Stress Testing framework in conjunction and incorporate regulatory requirements and industry best practice. In conjunction with the Analytics and Operations teams, define and implement analytical models and operational approach to stress testing framework on a regular basis. Provide relevant management information and escalation of material issues to senior management Role Requirements Proven risk expertise of investment risk function within a similar organisation Strong experience of Stress Testing approaches and regulatory requirements Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives. Strong analytical skills with a solution focused mindset.
