Overview

Due to expansion after a successful 12 years working within South Yorkshire, Reach Education Ltd urgently require Support workers to work within school and support settings in and around the Sheffield area. We have proven history of recruiting staff with the right skills and attitude to work with children and young people who need support due to SEND, SEMH, Emotional,Behavioural and Physical Disabilities. We require staff to provide education and life skills to children and young people and to ensure that they get every opportunity to achieve their full potential, both academically and in life. Desirable skills and experience: - Ideally you will require an education or support qualification. Experience within a support role or setting, including residential. Worked with young offenders. Experience with children or family members who need additional support. A positive attitude. Confidence. A passion for education. The willingness to make a difference. Strong behaviour management.
