Overview
Are you a passionate, enthusiastic Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with Mental Health diagnosis, Learning Difficulties and Substance Misuse/homelessness? We have work available in Supported Living Services, Day Centres, Outreach, Children’s Residential Settings and One:One work. As a Support Worker your main duties and responsibilities involve: • Promoting independence at all times • Assisting with domestic and social tasks • Completing and maintaining the correct documentation such as; Daily Records, MAR Charts etc. • Help encourage individuals and provide support as and when needed • Be a companion and listen to any issues or concerns of the individuals you’re supporting • The ability to work both as part of a team and lone work • We offer: • Flexible working opportunities (create your own rota approach) • Full Time and Part Time positions available • An Account Manager who can offer continuous support and look after you • Excellent enhanced rates of pay • Additional specialised training to better your skill set • Free annual mandatory training • Ongoing work for stability and ad hoc shifts for flexible working as and when • Holiday pay • Local Care Force is an REC affiliated award winning agency that recently became 21 in The Times Top 100 best small companies.
