Overview
Local Care Force are looking for PMVA /MAPA/ NAPPI trained Support Workers to join our ever-growing team We work closely with a number of services throughout the whole of South Yorkshire, supporting clients with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health, Day Centres, Rehabilitation etc. What LCF offers; • Free on-going specialist training to upgrade your skill set and development • Flexible working (create your own rota approach) • Temp – Perm opportunities • Account Manager that offers continuous support • Excellent enhanced rates of pay (higher than industry average) • Weekly Pay • Holiday Pay (claim whenever you want) • 24/7 on call team to support whenever you need What LCF look for in a Support Worker; • At least 6 months paid experience in the Health & Social care industry within the last 3 years • Must hold relevant restraint training such as; PMVA/MAPA/NAPPI etc. • Empathetic- providing physical and emotional support as and when necessary • Be willing to get involved in leisurely activities such as; Bowling, Cinema, Shopping etc. • Reliable and trustworthy staff members complaint with confidentiality and GDPR • A passion to provide the best support possible at all times • The ability to work as part of a team and lone work • Support with all aspects of live and promoting independence wherever possible Local Care Force is an REC affiliated award winning agency that recently became 21 in The Times Top 100 best small companies.
