Overview

I am looking for a driven and focused Retention Executive to join a dynamic and fast paced team within a global organisation to support their client base in the USA and Canada. Based in fantastic offices in Old Trafford the role will involve: Negotiating with business decision makers who wish to review or cancel their contracts Selling the value and service to retain the business Booking appointments for your field based managers and supporting with prep and post work Using effective questioning to identify the problems and be able to offer effective solutions. Skills required : Business to business retentions/ contract re-negotiation Sales and Account Management Highly organised and able to prioritise workload Negotiation and listening skills Experience of dealing with international clients ideally USA/Canada You must thrive within a fast paced, challenging and KPI driven environment and in return you will work for a forward thinking company, who look after and reward their people with realistic ote, great benefits and a sociable and engaging culture.
