am looking for a driven and focused Retentions Executive to join a dynamic and fast paced team within a global organisation. Based in fantastic offices in Old Trafford the role will involve: - Negotiating with business decision makers who wish to review or cancel their contracts - Selling the value and service to retain the business - Booking appointments for your field based managers and supporting with prep and post work - Using effective questioning to identify the problems and be able to offer effective solutions.
