Asset Management - IT Day Rate : £250 - £300 Length: 3 Months Location: London Job Role & Responsibilities: Ensure the exiting asset databases (Cetero, Service Now, O2) contain the correct information regarding all EUC assets. Identify all devices which are kept as Pool devices, or as stock within the business areas and currently not in control of IT and transfer them into the IT Stock. Ensure existing processes and documentations are up to date Ensure service desk understand the importance of keeping asset information up to date, and regular reviews take place to keep control of the asset database. Agree how pool laptops are managed across the business/facilities, and ensure processes are updated to reflect this. Work with IT Management to ensure laptops/mobile phones are handed out and returned in line with the Starter / leavers process, and embed that culture within IT.
