They are now looking for either a Senior Insight Executive or Insight Manager to join their Insight & Evaluation team. This role will suit someone who has progressed to Senior Research Executive level already and is looking to take the next step in his or her career. The Role - Working alongside the directors, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day running of the research & evaluation projects, that feed into improving the experience that young people have with the organisation - Managing a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects, from start to finish - Supporting externally commissioned work, including drafting research briefs and overseeing the supplier management - Drafting research project documents, such as questionnaires, topic guides and data specs - Carrying out analysis on the internal projects and putting together insightful reports, as well as using findings from the external research agencies and developing these into insights that the internal stakeholders can use The Candidate - Ideally educated to least degree level, with a strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research methods - Experience in writing questionnaires/topic guides, analysis, reporting and putting together findings and presenting - Proven experience in managing and running research projects, with Director support - Experience working on evaluation projects - Keen interest or experience in working with young people and evaluation programmes, and in work that has a real social impact - Experience working either a research agency or charity, or clientside organisation - in a research capacity - Excellent communication skills are a must, as is a flexible nature and being a team player This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89840419
