Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting an expanding and innovative technology business with the appointment of an NPI Engineer. Responsibilities: NPI, project & manufacturing engineering Supporting multiple projects at a time at various stages Problem-solving on new issues with products Looking at design production and processes Using lean methodologies throughout i.e. 5why, fishbone diagram, ishakawa, 6sigma, etc. Working with CAD drawings/tolerances Liaising with all departments Compiling documentation Requirements: Previous experience in an NPI/projects role Manufacturing/engineering background Degree (or similar) qualified Proven track-record of lean/continuous improvement techniques Has a logical way of thinking Must be a problem-solver Excellent communication skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89838817
