Legal Counsel to work in leading international bank specialising in Emerging Markets Your new company My client is a leading international bank specialising in emerging market investments. They are looking to hire a permanent legal counsel to work within their small legal department providing legal advice and assistance to the bank. The role will report directly into the Head of Legal. Your new role You will manage transactions from start to finish Communicate with external counsel Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation for emerging market transactions What you'll need to succeed Qualified in England and Wales or France with at least 4 years PQE (as a guideline only) Transactional experience in emerging markets A focus on project finance/ loans/ structured finance Knowledge of commodity trade/ trade finance Fluent/ working knowledge of French What you'll get in return £70,000- £75,000 and a competitive benefits package What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
