Overview
Our client is a Chartered UK IFA. As part of their strategic growth, they are recruiting for a Head of Compliance.SMF16 and SMF 17 experience is essential The ideal candidate will have experience of taking responsibility for compliance in a successful IFA and be responsible for growing teams within file checking, establishing and monitoring ongoing compliance, dealing with client complaints, together with completion and submission of regulatory reports for a multi offices growing group of advisers. There will be extensive travelling throughout the UK and in particularly the North East and London Reporting into the Chief Risk Officer and CEO, the ideal candidate will have an exemplary track record in delivering change and development across a multifunctional group in the UK.
