As Head Chef, you’ll lead the way in making sure all food is prepared safely, cooked perfectly and presented irresistibly. And as shift leader, you’ll make sure the team knows all about offers, promotions and menu changes. Bringing out the best in kitchen staff through coaching, and building strong links with the front of house team, you’ll see that every customer benefits from a brilliant dining experience. And your keen eye on the finances will keep everything sustainable. An experienced chef, you have the expertise to drive an excellent kitchen operation.
