Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established client base, with a workload guaranteed to cover many technology sectors. The successful candidate will be in a position to offer general and wide ranging advice on a variety of Intellectual Property and commercial matters, including the drafting of commercial contracts on behalf of the firm’s established clients. The successful candidate will work closely with existing team members to provide commercially relevant advice on a range of Intellectual Property and technology-related matters. This position would suit a solicitor who has gained experience of a wide range of Intellectual Property and commercial matters in their career to date, covering all manner of IP issues including patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and database rights. Qualified solicitors with any level of PQE will be considered for this position -the firm is more focused on finding the right person in terms of their commercial outlook and their knowledge and ability to provide advice on Intellectual Property and commercial matters.
