This is a permanent recruitment role where you will be working as part of a friendly, supportive and dynamic team. You'll be supporting the Manager and Consultant in the office. Immediate start available. The day to day duties in your new job will include: Writing job adverts Having hiring manager briefings Processing candidate applications Screening candidates over telephone, video calls and face to face Organising and setting up interviews Management of the shared inbox Supporting team with interview guidance and sitting in on interviews when needed Attending meetings with management and new businesses Sourcing passive candidates who represent skills within our market place Meet and greet candidates/clients, acting professional at all times Sourcing CV's on the job boards by matching skills with open vacancies Ensuring the recruitment process is followed on our internal CRM system Administration including new starter packs, references, offer letters and candidate information Using Canva to create job adverts to post on Social media Lead generation via job boards, candidate leads and adverts Putting selected CV's into the correct format for the consultant to send to the client Writing profiles for all candidates after meeting with them Build and maintain relationships with registered candidates Send out interview confirmations and ensure all candidates are fully prepared, answer any questions they may have Prepare candidates prior to interview Take candidate feedback post interview We'd love to speak to candidates with: First class Customer Service and Administration experience Warm and friendly telephone manner with excellent communication skills A willingness to help out Ability to work at speed with excellent attention to detail Strong business acumen Experience recruiting would be beneficial, but not essential Contact Charlotte Malloy for a confidential conversation: or email: Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
