A global media and advertising group that owns prestigious advertising agencies in London is looking for IT Support with Windows and Mac experience. This position is working onsite for a group of high-profile media agency's in brand new, state of the art offices in an iconic building in Farringdon. They are an outgoing, friendly IT team with good trainng and career prospects. Perfect for someone who Has 1st/2nd line / service desk experience in a Windows and Mac environment Enjoys working in a sociable environment - personality and team fit is very important Would like a position with opportunities to grow and develop - this is part of a 50 IT service Department Background / Experience A good understanding of networking, patching A good understanding of Window operation A good understanding of telephony and user equipment configuration An advanced level of ability in supporting Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Background in IT support (1st/2nd line role / Service Desk) Excellent communication skills Full job spec avaibale on request
