DATA ENGINEER (CONSULTANCY) LONDON (CENTRAL LONDON ONLY) BETWEEN £65,000 - £100,000 Harnham are exclusively partnered with a leading Data & Analytics consultancy. They are a boutique agency focused upon providing true end to end analytics solutions. Their aim is to combine Data strategy with the ability to deliver Data projects in a hands on capacity. This role will involve joining their advanced Data unit as a specialist Data Engineering consultant COMPANY: The companies broad mission is to facilitate their clients understanding their data better. They are partnered with Microsoft & are therefore major users of the Azure data stack. From a cultural perspective they are highly flexible - only taking on project in central London to limit travel & offering the ability to work from home. ROLE: Building data pipelines using Python (Essential) & PySpark (Preferred) Adherence to best practice software engineering principals (Python)(TDD, Unit testing, OOP) Working with Azure - the major focus will be surrounding Data Lake Architecture Stakeholder engagement - you will be interacting with clients SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: Commercial Python programming experience Experience building complex & scalable ETL pipelines Adherence to best practices such as TDD & BDD Experience working within a Cloud Environment (Azure if the preference) STEM background preferred HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to William Wrigley via the apply link on this page
