Application Support Analyst Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading legal organisation to recruit an Application Support Analyst for their thriving team in Sheffield Sheffield £25k - £30k As an Application Support Analyst you will be the primary escalation point for customer support requests for the companies applications. This includes internally developed applications. You will work in a close knit team and liaise with existing team members across London and the EMEA Region Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the companies hardware and software configurations including software management and ITSM applications Monitor and update tickets / unresolved issues ensuring SLA's are met in regards to issue response and resolution times Effectively diagnose escalated tickets and determine appropriate actions for resolution Improve the quality of service delivery and provide value added customer services Communicate complex technical information effectively to a non-technical audience You will need Strong experience within an applications support position including validating issues, testing fixes and working to timely resolutions Excellent experience with Windows, Office 365 and various web browsers including IE 11 and Chrome Previous experience using VPN clients and Citrix clients advantageous Lotus notes experience is desirable Fluent communication both verbally and written to a wide range of audiences Does this sound like you?
