Overview

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy is looking for an Applications Integration Consultant for a 10 month contract with a major financial client in Sheffield/remotely. The Infrastructure Enterprise Services job is responsible for leading in building and running enterprise services that enable DevOps. Inside IR35. Preferred Skills and Experience: Past working experience in a storage/scripting/automation role. A deep technical understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and Mulesoft Relevant product knowledge of Cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, ideally supported by a relevant certification but this is not essential. Strong technical understanding of Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies, such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible and/or Jenkins. Strong experience of API development. Experience of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery software engineering approaches. Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information with both internal and external stakeholders. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Designed and Developed Automation script for Cybersecurity compliance check for Storage Devices CISCO, SAN, NAS7 and EMC Data Domain. Gathered Cyber Security Compliance requirement from SME's around CISCO, SAN, NAS7 and EMC and Convert those into Executable codes. Designed API using ACE-D tool and published RAML to HSBC Anypoint exchange repository Automated API Publish using Jenkin Jobs with Git Repo. Installed Ansible Scripts in Dev, UAT and PROD Co-ordinated multiple teams to gather API requirements within Developed API's using mule soft as per Standards i.e AIM Standards. Created best practices confluence for API Versioning and guidelines. Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services. Business stakeholder management to define product roadmaps and market available capabilities.
