Head of Estates and Projects - Royal Air Force Museum - London Your new company The RAF Museum is looking for an experienced Head of Estates and Projects to join the team at an exciting time to support delivery of their newly launched 'Strategy 2030', with major development programmes planned across the next ten years to enhance their visitor experience, improve their facilities, and help them inspire everyone with the RAF story. Your new role You will ensure the care, welfare and development of buildings, land, plant and services to support the effective operations of the Museum and its commercial enterprises, both front and back of house. You will both lead and support delivery of major projects to budget, defined deadlines and to the highest quality standards. Ideally, the role-holder will have experience in the heritage or cultural sector. The post will be based at our London site but be required to travel to our Cosford site on a regular basis. What you'll need to succeed You will be professionally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, with significant relevant experience in building construction, maintenance, management, refurbishment, health and safety considerations and M&E building services, demonstrating consistently high standards of delivery.
