Facilities Manager Jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a privately owned business that has grown from strength to strength to become one of the largest contracting businesses in the UK. Your new role Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will manage and deliver all facilities services in a timely manor whilst ensuring that it is delivered in a timely manor and in line with company standards. Your key responsibilities include: Implementing and ensuring Health & Safety and Compliance on site in line with company regulations. Managing all processes to ensure the effective use of company budgets. Writing and presenting internal and external reports to leadership team. Managing and providing supporting the conversion from tender programme to construction programme. Controlling financial aspects of projects.
