A job for a Buyer, working for a main contractor based in South London. Your new company Established for over 15 years this organisation have grown year on year to become a £35 million pound turnover company, with strategic growth plans to take their turnover to £50 million in the next 2 years. They are leading contractor working on high end refurbishment and fit out projects across London and the South. Your new role you will be responsible for making key decisions throughout the buying process. This includes finding the right suppliers, negotiating prices, stock control, budgeting and maintaining relationships with suppliers etc What you'll need to succeed 5-6 years experience in purchasing plant and materials for self-delivery on projects (main contractor or sub-contractor). Having experience in buying MEPH materials and equipment would also be useful.
