Buyer Lead - UK & Nordics On April 1, 2020, Rubicon Project and Telaria, Inc. merged to create one company. The combined company will rebrand as one in the coming months. In the interim, each company will operate under its existing brand name. The ticker symbol for the combined public entity will remain NYSE: RUBI. What you'll be doing: You'll lead our UK & Nordics Buyer team (4) and build strong relationships with our buyers through a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the Rubicon Project platform. * Educate market on future proofing their business requirements through working with all relevant parts of NewCo. * Communicate the benefits of NewCo, our platform, our Supply and tools, to help agencies provide the most effective and efficient programmatic solutions for their clients. * Devise and lead UK and Nordics Agency Holding Groups activation plan, to ensure alignment with, and delivery on, the Global Buyer Strategy * Identify opportunities and methods to increase revenue, and work with both Buyer and Seller team to execute. * Work collaboratively with all other internal teams (eg Product Team, DSP team, Platform Support) as appropriate, to identify and deliver revenue opportunities and overcome obstacles * Track revenue, and report regularly to MD, UK and Nordics * Prepare weekly market, revenue and activity summary for UK and Nordics MD * Lead and develop the buyer team, supporting key programmatic buyers within the UK and Nordics market through in-market calls, deal monitoring and troubleshooting, responding to briefs, and leading on QBR's for key buyers. * Create and deliver a training program for all new Buyer team starters. * Create a reputation for excellence by knowing your stuff and taking pride in your work What we are looking for: * Proven track record at a senior level within the UK Agency eco-system * Experience working in digital media, with hands-on experience and deep understanding of programmatic RTB * Sales orientated, focused on identifying new business opportunities using knowledge and credibility to change customerbehaviorand increase revenue * Analytical and able to use data to drive better decisions and unlock revenue. * Troubleshooting skills, with ability to think literally and laterally, and persistence to overcome challenges * Flexible, team orientated collaborator * Extensive programmatic agency contacts * Leadership skills and experience * Intellectually motivated by programmatic, RTB, platforms, automation and industry disruption
