Asbestos expert, schools, P405, asbestos management Your new company Based in North London this public-sector organisation are currently looking to appoint an Asbestos Adviser / Manager to provide expert advice in asbestos management primarily for the schools in the local area. They also manage other non-residential buildings such as office blocks, leisure centres etc. Their offices are based close to the local train and bus stations making this a very commutable location. Your new role You will be coordinating projects, including the face to face interaction with senior members of the organisation relating to all things related to asbestos management: Give sound and sensible advice about asbestos management. Write tender documentation for asbestos removal projects. Coordinate the AMAP process with the local schools. Validate the management and R&D surveys received from asbestos contractors. Organise asbestos training for internal staff What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in asbestos surveying and management. Extensive experience in managing licences asbestos removals. Asbestos surveying and management qualifications (BOHS P4 courses) P402, P405 etc Knowledge about asbestos management IT solutions e.g. T Cloud asbestos module.
