Senior Project Manager Your new company This organisation is a specialist consultancy that helps public and private sector organisations maximise the value of their built assets; making them more efficient, connected and ready to embrace the future. Already operating from offices in London and Oxford they are now expanding their operations in East Anglia. Your new role Having won a number of high profile commissions across Norfolk and Cambridge our client are looking to take on a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Capital Projects, predominantly within healthcare, higher education and science or research establishments. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will ideally be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM) or working towards chartership. You will have experience of supporting business cases; SOC, OBC & FBC stages as well as having worked across all RIBA Stages. Experience of working with NEC 3&4 is preferred. There will also be an opportunity to contribute towards winning new business with bids and tender submissions.
