Overview
Project Manager (Construction) - £40-50,000 package - London Our client is a company focusing on delivering Project Management services to their clients on Construction projects. These range from public sector estates - refurb upgrade work to a £10m Prime Resi refurb and even major Highways projects. This is current and urgent need with your initial focus to take on the programme and project management of a raft of small works across a public sector portfolio. You will have/be: A degree and ideally construction related and be chartered. Able to evidence a suitable level of experience working on construction projects. This should include; a number of projects managed from inception to completion, putting the program of work together, ensuring delivery in time and to agreed milestones.
