Mechanical Craftsman - £35,000 Your new company This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced mechanical craftsman to join a global company in its delivery of Estates maintenance service. Your new role Your new role will involve you providing day to day safe and efficient maintenance of the mechanical services and equipment. This will involve the working with: Fan Coil Units Electrical appliances Heating and Air conditioning units Building Structures Air handling units What you'll need to succeed In order for you to be successful within this position you will need the appropriate City & Guilds or BTEC certificate as well as proven experience of working in a similar environment.
