Overview

Our client is looking for an individual to fill an Office Admin role within their Finance department. The right candidate will have a proactive attitude and excellent organisational skills. Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:- Credit control Building maintenance requirements e.g. lift maintenance Ensure all meeting rooms are in top condition i.e. chairs, screens, ensuring any booking conflicts are dealt with quickly Greeting guests (customers, prospects etc) with a drink, visitor fob if required, manage a visitor sign in book Liaise with staff and Finance regarding any ad hoc purchases Ad hoc help as required by finance team - this may include some analysis/data work including excel however this will be explained. This role is new and changing as required. The right candidate must be adaptable and ready to take on board any challenges that arise.
