Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor A Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent supervisory opportunity with an award winning law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience. My client is a multi service, boutique law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Fee Earner to lead a small department. Alongside managing the department, you will also run a caseload of Multi Track/Serious Injury RTA and Clinical Negligence cases. You will lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business KPI's and financial performance. In addition, you will coach the team, monitoring performance and identifying training needs. Applications are invited from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitors/Fee Earners with a track record in management/supervision and it is essential that you have experience of working on Multi Track cases.
