My client a leading a national and global brand based in Stockport is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic, friendly Key Accounts & Retail Customer Service team. If you are from a customer service inbound telephony-based role and have excellent and confident interpersonal skills, you are assertive and organised and enjoy helping people, then please get in touch Key Responsibilities: Liaison with customers and internal departments Maintenance of accurate account information Achievement of internal call quality expectations Use of in house system for query resolution and orders Providing customers with a good level of service and product knowledge Skills Required: Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must have previous customer service/sales experience Able to maintain ownership of tasks from beginning to end Work well under pressure Good communication skills Enjoy working within a team whilst using own initiative Analytical, with great attention to detail Company Benefits: Basic Salary £18k 28 days holidays 40 hour week (flexible hours from 9.30am-6pm or 8am-4.30pm) No weekends Pension Scheme Life Insurance Discount on products Fruit and hot drinks Car parking Learning and development opportunities
