Overview

GROUP FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT As a Group Financial Accountant , you will get involved with new projects and improve existing processes. The role will have a broad range of duties, with a focus on month-end process, balance sheet and VAT. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Group Financial Accountant your key duties will include: Completing balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring controls are maintained and delivered to time Managing the fixed assets, including creation, deprecation and other month-end journals Liaising with external auditors to ensure responses are received to questions raised during the audit process Inter-company management, ensuring netting is completed correctly and reconciled Completing VAT returns and corporation tax analysis Assisting with Statutory accounts in accordance with deadlines REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role of Group Financial Accountant, you must have: An accountancy qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA (Part Qualified/AAT may be considered) Experience of working within a group finance function Knowledge of IFRS Tax and VAT knowledge NEXT STEPS To become a Group Financial Accountant , apply with your up to date CV.
