Overview
Element Recruitment are excited to be supporting a business based in Central Bristol, currently experiencing a period of sustained growth both through acquisition and company performance. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller and this role will lead the production of group management accounts and manage the budget and forecasting process while business partnering with key operational stakeholders across the business. You will also work closely with the Group FC, providing in depth analysis and insightful commentary on any variances or opportunities to realise operational efficiencies or cost savings. You will also oversee, support and develop two more junior accountants within the team with some travel involved on a monthly basis. The right type of candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with sound knowledge and experience of producing management accounts and providing financial analysis. You will enjoy the challenge of working within a growing and changing business and relish the opportunity to effectively business partner with operational stakeholders throughout the business. A strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required as well as experience within accounting systems / finance ERP systems.
