Team leader - Supported living community Full Time/Permanent Warrington £22500 per annum millage The Sugarman Group working in partnership with a national provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilites and complex care provisions would like to invite applications for the role of Team Leader community offering a salary of £22500 per annum millage. You will responsible for overseeing care and support in our partners 10 and 17 bed community supported living services in Warrington. You will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the community support staff. Residents require varying levels of support and will require support attending appointments and community activities. you will be responsible for the staff coordination , rotas and residents appointments etc. The role will be based on days and will require occasional weekend work. You will also take care of the community on call service. Hours will be based on 8am-6pm rota and the role requires no aspects of personal care. You must have senior supervisory experience supporting adults with complex care ideally within a residential, community or supported living environment to be considered for this role.
