Overview
Do you have a proven track record in administration or a senior or supervisory role? Based in the beautiful City of Bath, this fast paced Investment Company are recruiting for a Pensions and Investment Team Leader to manage the day-to-day work requirements of the team in relation to administration and as dedicated point of contact for Advisors, and internal sales colleagues. It is paramount that the Administration Team, continually focus on the delivery of excellent customer service for all manner of queries. Responsibilities: Day to day management of the team, including performance reviews, workflow and training. Ensure that all breaches and complaints are resolved within the relevant turnaround times.Maintain consistent quality of calls across all levels. Monthly call feedback sessions. Ensure team procedure guides are reviewed and updated annually or sooner if required. Motivate and ensure the team are working collaboratively. Ensure excellent internal relationships are forged and maintained. Skills/Experience required: SIPP, Drawdown, GIA, ISA and Offshore Bond knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritise work and direct others to ensure work is completed within agreed SLA’s. Ability to work well under pressure, and to very tight deadlines. A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving, including persuasion and influencing skills. CASS rules and COBs rules / Wrap platform knowledge and/or experience would be of particular interest, as would qualifications in Financial Services (E.g. IOC or CII). Some understanding of trading would also be favourable This is a rare Team Manager opportunity within a rewarding and people focussed company.
