Job Description Due to continuing growth, we now have a requirement for a People Data Analyst to be based from our Head Office in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. Reporting to the People Analytics Manager, the People Data Analyst will be a key individual in ensuring the completeness, accuracy, connectivity & robustness of all HR & Facilities related data, as well as supporting the company-wide People Costs budgets and forecasts. The successful candidate will be a driven individual with a can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, good problem solving skills, and a flexibility of thinking. We will give you the support, skills and tools that you need to be successful if you can bring the drive, personality and desire. Key Responsibilities Production, maintenance and distribution of regular reporting; Development of MI and identifying areas of insight; Support the development and delivery of annual People Costs budget and quarterly forecasts working closely with business areas; Identify key data risks, proposing mitigation and controls within the department; Provide support and direction for colleagues in the rollout of new MI suites and dashboards; Streamline processes / data within HR & Facilities to ensure efficiency and compliance; Further automate existing manual reporting across all business areas; Ad-hoc reporting required by the business. Qualifications Essential Experience Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or analytical role; Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite; Proficient at queries, report writing and presenting findings; Excellent presentation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels; Highly organised, with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
