Overview
Team Support are recruiting Support Workers for our Client based in Sunderland. Our clients supported living services require dynamic motivated Support Workers with the ability to work in challenging environments. Support Workers will be motivated to engage customers in line with positive behavioral support to enable a positive outcome for people we support. Within our clients supported living services, they provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Autism, Behavior that Challenges or Mental Health needs. Role: As a Support Worker you will be working as part of a team, providing and promoting person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily lives. · Pay: £9.55 DAY/ £12.73 NIGHTS/SLEEP IN £36.08 · SHIFTS: day 7am to 10pm, rota basis mon to sun AND/OR nights 10pm to 6am rota basis mon to sun) · As a Support Worker you will be working as part of a team, providing and promoting person-centered care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily lives. · Within our supported living services, we provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Autism, Behavior that Challenges or Mental Health needs. Requirements: · Enhanced Adult DBS Certificate – dated within the last year or on the update service.
