Overview
Adecco Sunderland are pleased to be working with a well established and exciting company in the Sunderland area. We are currently recruiting for a number of passionate and dedicated advisors that will communicate and offer excellent customer service to customers via email. Responsibilities in this role include: Dealing with customer queries and responding via email. Handling large volumes of emails which include customer orders. Being an ambassador for the brand and communicating effectively at all levels. To be successful within this role you will need to have the following skill set and attributes: Excellent written communication skills Ability to adapt and relate to each individual customer. Able to work under pressure. Previous customer service experience in a similar role is desirable. Working hours are from either 08.00am until 17.00pm or 09.00am until 18.00pm working 5 days out of 7.
