Overview
If you're a Mental Health Practitioner looking for a new role in North Manchester, Service Care Solutions could have the ideal opportunity for you. The Mental Health Practitioner role is based in an Adult Community Mental Health Team in Harpurhey and is initially on a 4-week temporary contract, due to commence ASAP. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Pay rate: £22-23ph (Ltd) dependent on experience Main Duties: The main duties of the Mental Health Practitioner include: •Completing care plans, risk assessments and crisis plans with service users •Conducting assessments and monitoring progress •Delivering outstanding care and support to service users •Working within a multi-disciplinary team •Accurately recording data as part of assessments Person Specification: The applicant must be an NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Social Worker Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
