Overview
We have supported our client over the last few years as they continue to grow and expand the UK talent team. They are a global market leader in the consultancy field employing in excess of 25,000 staff across 80 countries. The Talent Acquisition team has a team of 5 in the Manchester supported by London and Birmingham. The main function of the role is to support the recruitment function by engaging and delivering with all major stakeholders across their core business units which include Buildings, Infrastructure, Environment, Water and Head office roles. You will drive the recruitment activity by actively targeting passive candidates through targeted sourcing which will make up approximately 85% of all recruitment activity. Working with stakeholders taking initial job description and person specifications then going out to market proactively using market knowledge and best practice to ensure roles are sourced effectively in line with the Talent team directives. You will manage a mix of high volume vacancies from entry level through to C level What you will need: Proven experience in an In house or Internal recruitment function managing multiple stakeholders Direct sourcing across multiple channels Experuience working with professional/corporate individuals Credible, able to influence and persuade Comfortable dealing with all major stakeholders A background in Building, Infrastructure or utilities would be an advantage In return you can expect a market leading salary and benefits package, career and development opportunities and all benefits associated with a global brand.
