Overview

Talent Consultant Do you currently work in a Talent Sourcing or a 360 recruitment role? Would you like to be able to focus solely on the talent sourcing and client management work? Do you love sourcing and speaking to people to support them in their career? Would you like to be supporting a strong and experienced Client Consulting team? The Role: To join an established Talent Sourcing team where you will support the Client Consultants in talent pooling for roles and presenting relevant shortlists. Managing both client and candidate through the recruitment lifecycle to deliver an exceptional level of service. This is a high-volume role where you will be sourcing across a wide range of risk disciplines including; data privacy, regulatory compliance, legal and risk. The roles you will be sourcing for will be across a range of sectors including financial services and Consumer TMT (retail, technology, telecoms, media and publishing). You will have dedicated marketing and social media support to help with branding and advertising for candidate attraction. We’re still a nice size (currently at 30 heads) but we have big ambitions over the next 5 years across the recruitment, consultancy and learning space. We’re currently based out of Manchester servicing clients predominantly in London as well as the rest of the UK. You will be: Either - An experienced Resourcer or Sourcing Consultant within a sales focused environment OR - An experienced researcher or recruitment support person You must have: A real passion and desire to work in this space A focus on quality & service Strong marketing and social media skills using tools such as Linked-In, Facebook, Twitter etc Strong Relationship Development Skills - confident to speak with a range of candidates and client and to develop long term relationships to help them build their career or team through us Excellent communication skills
