Overview
Are you keen to work in partnership with the most interesting UK and international businesses spanning all types of industries? I am working with a well-respected in Reading who are seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing Reading team. Joining a friendly and supportive corporate tax team as the Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will manage your own portfolio of OMB's, and larger corporates including some well-known international brands. In this role you will gain exposure to the more complex areas of corporate tax including mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, international tax and R&D. Your role will be a combination of advisory and compliance and you will also be involved in a series of new and exciting projects. This practice have an excellent reputation regarding promotion and carving out realistic structured career paths for their tax specialists so there is an opportunity to progress further to Manager level and beyond. To be considered for this rare and rewarding role you will have suitable experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax. Those with primary experience in Personal Tax with some Corporate Tax experience will be considered as well. Whilst ATT/CTA/ACA/CA qualified candidates are preferred those with good all-round experience will absolutely be considered. What Now?
