Leading Firm, Top Role Corporate Associate/Corporate Senior Associate Thames Valley 5 PQE This is a top opportunity for an associate solicitor looking to deal with city-quality corporate work from a Thames Valley base. Our client is a very well regarded commercial law firm with an office in central Reading. They are currently seeking a 5 PQE solicitor to join their Chambers rated Corporate Team. You will work on a broad range of transactions for public and private companies, financial institutions, partnerships and private individuals. In addition to mergers, acquisitions and disposals, you will also advise clients on private equity, equity capital markets ,corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and the formation of investment funds. The firm are ideally looking for someone with first class experience in Corporate Law. You should also have a proven academic record, an intuitive mind and an interest in business development.
