Administrator required for temporary job opportunity in Sheffield immediate start required Your new company Working for a leading business services company in Sheffield you will be part of a busy customer support team. This is a newly created position and is available on a temporary to permanent basis starting in March 2020 Your new role This position will report to the Customer Account Manager and you will be part of a fun and friendly team of 6 Administrators . The main purpose of the role will be to provide customer service and business admin support to key account customers. Ideally you will have held a similar role previously and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below; -Providing full admin support to the Customer Account Manager -Customer service support via email and telephone -Coordinating appointments and producing correspondence -Dispatching various reports to clients as required -Scanning, filing and data processing highly confidential documentation -Management and upkeep of customer database -General administration duties as required -Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required -Experience of medical sector preferred but not essential What you'll need to succeed You must be immediately available to start and commit to temporary work in Sheffield. You will be a proven customer service administrator with an excellent eye for detail.
