We are currently working with a well-established consultancy looking for a Project Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be leading and assisting on the delivery of residential Projects in London and the South East. Experience: Proven track record of leading residential projects to handover Experience in managing single stage tendering process Strong track record of preparing and negotiating contract documents Detailed knowledge of the following is required: Detailed knowledge of residential sector London Housing SPG JCT DB16 D&B contracts The firm is based in close proximity to St. Paul's station.
